EVENTS
LAUNDRY
ENERGY
Accor has developed key roles and responsibilities to achieve our sustainability goals for all of its hotels.
#1 SINGLE USE PLASTIC GLOBAL CHALLENGE TO ACT FOR #NOMORESINGLEUSEPLASTIC
To eliminate all guest-related single-use plastic items in the guest experience. Our hotel is also following this practice, by removing all plastic room cards to bamboo-made key cards. No use of plastic bottles for in-room service and conferences and functions. Removal of plastic straws and replace with paper straws. Toiletries also changed to bulk use instead of single-use toiletries.
#2 ACCOR’S LEY GOALS AND COMMITMENTS:
KINYA LERRK
While you are here, we would like you to take inspiration from KINYA LERRK (Wemba Wemba for ‘women coming together’). A collaboration between Aboriginal visual artists Emma Bamblett and Megan Van Den Berg, who have a strong history of working together on design and art projects.
Their work focuses on using vibrant designs to enliven homes and offices, celebrating Aboriginal culture and respectfully acknowledging the traditional owners of the land.
Kinya Lerrk and Co can also create custom pieces for digital or printed use, working closely with you to develop designs that reflect their culture and connection to the country, incorporating both traditional and contemporary elements.

YALUK LANGA – INDIGENOUS GARDEN
The Yaluk Langa project at the Heide Museum of Modern Art is a collaborative indigenous garden initiative developed with the Wurundjeri Woiwurrung people. It honors the cultural significance of the Birrarung/Yarra River and aims to create a culturally safe space for education, ceremony, and reconciliation. The project rehabilitates and transforms the riverfront into diverse experiential zones, highlighting the area’s indigenous flora and the Wurundjeri’s traditional practices. Ongoing efforts include revegetation, tree-scarring ceremonies, and developing community programs.
